United Airlines

Delta Airlines

If booking online at www.delta.com, click on “Advanced Search” located under the “Find Flights” button on the “Book a Trip” tab.  Then enter the Meeting Event Code NMQ24 when searching for flights.

Ground Transportation and Shuttle Services

SuperShuttle

SuperShuttle provides shuttle service to/from the airport from/to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort.  Simply go to www.supershuttle.com to book online, or call 1-800-BLUE-VAN (1-800-258-3826).  Use code 6LFD8 to receive a shared-ride shuttle discount of $2.00 one-way, $4.00 round-trip.  SuperShuttle also offers an option to book a ride via sedan.

Getting to SuperShuttle in the San Diego International Airport:

  • If arriving at Terminal 1 (Alaska Airlines, Frontier, Southwest):
    Follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Sky Bridge. Proceed to the “Shuttle for Hire Island” and ask the Transportation Coordinator for a SuperShuttle van.
  • If arriving at Terminal 2 (Air Canada, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, British Airways, Delta Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Japan Airlines, jetBlue Airways, Spirit, Sun Country, United Airlines, Virgin America, West Jet):
    Exit the Terminal 2 doors, cross the street using the crosswalk to the “Shuttle for Hire Island,” ask the Transportation Coordinator for a SuperShuttle van.

 

ExecuCar Meet and Greet Service

Once you have arrived at the San Diego International Airport, go to baggage claim, and your driver will meet you with a sign with your name on it.  The driver will help you with your luggage and get you to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort with VIP service.  The 24-hour dispatch number is (619) 564-7998.

  1. Take I-5 South toward San Diego
  2. Take Exit 45 for Poinsettia Lane toward Aviara Parkway

  6. The Park Hyatt Aviara will be on the right

From the South
