Does OnTrac deliver overnight to destinations outside of CA?

Not usually. OnTrac does not fly shipments; they are a ground-based system. Most shipments sent from CA to other states will be a 2-day delivery. However, there are exceptions. How do I get technical service from OnTrac?

Just check the OnTrac website at http://www.ontrac.com/contactus.asp.

Does CalFlowers' OnTrac program refund shipping costs if the shipment is late?

Yes. However, there is a one-hour grace period for OnTrac. If the shipment is delivered within one hour of the guaranteed delivery time, shipping charges will be retained. If delivered after the one-hour grace period, OnTrac will gladly refund the shipping charges.

No. CalFlowers' program does not have a Fuel Surcharge of any kind.

Does OnTrac have shipping software available to members?

Does OnTrac have a weight and / or box size limit?

Yes. Boxes cannot weigh more than 150lbs. For size parameters, please visit www.ontrac.com for more information.

Can I send water boxes on this program?

No.

Do I need to contact OnTrac when my shipments are larger than usual?

Yes. It is a good idea to alert them on larger shipments so that they can send the proper-sized vehicle.

Is it necessary to have a CA Nursery Stock Certificate indicated on the box?

Yes. It is absolutely necessary to have this certification visible on each box. OnTrac reserves the right to hold any shipment for inspection that does not have the proper and / or required certificates.

Does OnTrac offer pallet rates?

Not at this time.Yes.

Does OnTrac offer free packaging to shippers (boxes, tubes, envelopes)?

No. Shippers can use any box or envelope as long as it stays within maximum limits.
